Rick and Linda Weber started the company in 1971. Linda is a Real Estate broker with extensive knowledge of the Central Florida area. Rick is very involved in the community and continues to help lead projects with his son, Brooks Weber. Rick and Linda enjoy spending time with their three grand-daughters and taking them to travel.

Brooks was born and raised in Clermont, FL. He studied at Florida State University and has a Business degree. Brooks has worked in the construction industry for over 25 years, both commercial and residential. He prides himself on loyalty, quality and relationships. Brooks enjoys fishing, hunting and spending time with his family in the outdoors.

danise weber, sales and marketing

Danise has been with Weber Construction since 2012. She graduated from Florida State University with a degree in Multinational Business and Spanish. She has traveled many countries and loves old architecture. She and Brooks have two daughters, Taytem and Addie.

Jared Batchelor, Superintendent

Since High School, Jared has been exposed to the construction industry as an apprentice to his father. After having a history working for the Weber’s, he was honored to expand his knowledge and join the company. Born and raised in Florida, he enjoys spending time in the outdoors, especially fishing offshore with family Go Gators!

Christina fulmer, selection coordinator

Christina has been with Weber Construction since 2018.. She graduated Cum Laude from The University of Florida. She has lived in Central Florida her whole life and is married to Kyle. They have two daughters, Chloe and Maddie.

Jennifer Royston, Business Administrator

Jennifer joined Weber Construction in 2024. She has been a resident of Clermont for 13 years with her husband Tony and 3 boys. Jenn loves to cook and attend all of her boys various activities.
