Weber Construction has been building in Central Florida since 1971. Serving residents in Lake, Orange, Citrus county and beyond, we specialize in custom-built residential and commercial building. Brooks is third-generation in this industry. His dad, Rick, began working alongside Linda’s dad more than 50 years ago, forging a partnership that laid the foundation for an enduring legacy in the construction industry. Brooks draws from that experience to build trust and lasting relationships with his clients.

Rick and Linda Weber
Founders
Rick and Linda Weber started the company in 1971. Linda is a Real Estate broker with extensive knowledge of the Central Florida area. Rick is very involved in the community and continues to help lead projects with his son, Brooks Weber. Rick and Linda enjoy spending time with their three grand-daughters and taking them to travel.

Brooks Weber
President
Brooks was born and raised in Clermont, FL. He studied at Florida State University and has a Business degree. Brooks has worked in the construction industry for over 30 years, both commercial and residential. He prides himself on loyalty, quality and relationships. Brooks enjoys fishing, hunting and watching his girls play softball.

Danise Weber
The Boss
Danise has been with Weber Construction since 2012. She graduated from Florida State University with a degree in Multinational Business and Spanish. She has traveled many countries and loves old architecture. She and Brooks spend their ‘free time’ watching their girls play softball.

Jennifer Royston
Business Administrator
Jennifer joined Weber Construction in 2024. She has been a resident of Clermont for 13 years with her husband Tony and 3 boys. Jenn loves to cook and attend all of her boys various activities.

Christina Fulmer
Design and Selections
Christina has been with Weber Construction since 2018.. She graduated Cum Laude from The University of Florida. She has lived in Central Florida her whole life and is married to Kyle. They have two daughters, Chloe and Maddie that they travel with to compete in Top Gun.

Cinder has been a part of the team since 2016. She enjoys greeting everyone on the job sites and always checks to make sure all food is cleaned up.
